Michael entered the Real Estate industry after a successful 30-year career of progressive leadership with PVH CORP. He spent 15 of those years as SVP Retail Services, for Calvin Klein Inc. His ability to recognize the customers’ needs to drive their decision making, made Michael a top performer in his field. He was involved in all real estate decisions and site visits to review and sign-off on North America leases, build-out economics, and design and layout. Michael worked closely with Architects and Construction Teams to define and best utilize spaces and maximize profits.
Contributing to the greater community is very important to Michael. Whether it is creating a robust retail training program in High Schools for students with learning disabilities; working with organizations that supports and empowers women to achieve economic independence, Michael has a passion and strong belief to pay it back.
A resident of the Hudson Valley for close to 40 years, he and his wife currently reside in Dutchess County, NY.
