I have been a licensed associate broker with Century 21 for over 32 years. I primarily work in the residential field with resale homes, new construction and land acquisition. When starting in real estate, I worked for an appraisal company and therefore have experience in determining an estimated value of what one’s home is worth. I also consult on how to prepare one’s home for the market. Work with clients in figuring out what equity one has to work with. Help clients that need to relocate to another area.
I have tools to help enhance one’s home with marketing. I work with many clients who are selling and purchasing. This can get tricky and therefore needs guidance.
I work with buyers in helping to find a home that fits their needs and budget. Work with lenders to help buyers get qualified.
