Eva has been a REALTOR with Century 21 since March 2001. In a continuing effort to keep her real estate skills current in an evolving market, Eva has been awarded the Short Sale & Foreclosure Resource Certification (SFR) by the National Association of REALTORS. Even prior to obtaining SFR certification, Eva had successfully negotiated and closed several short sale transactions, so there is no doubt she has the experience to back up her certification.
Eva also was awarded the Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) designation by the National Association of REALTORS. Although this is one of the newest members of the Association’s family of designations, the SRES agent is known to be knowledgeable and passionate about their service to consumers in the 55 and older market.
Eva also possesses the GRI (Graduate, REALTOR Institute) designation, given by the New York State REALTOR Institute. She received this honor after successfully completing 90 hours of residential real estate education, meeting the rigorous standards established by the National Association of REALTORS®.
By taking these courses, Eva has become a more competent professional and can render broader and more effective service to her clients. Eva has also extended her knowledge base to the specialty of buyer representation and in 2003 was awarded the Accredited Buyer Representation (ABR®) designation by the Real Estate BUYER'S AGENT Council, Inc. (REBAC) of the National Association of REALTORS®. This designation demonstrates to her clients that Eva has the proven experience and training necessary to deliver ethical and professional service to her buyers.
Eva is licensed in both New York State and Connecticut, so wherever your house hunting may take you, Eva will be able to lend her experience & knowledge to help you make it a positive and pleasurable experience.
