Cesar Rios, Sr. is a licensed Realtor. A graduate of Hunter College (City University Of NY) with a double major in Psychology and Theater Arts. He is currently an EMS Captain with the FDNY and Commanding Officer of the Bronx Tactical Response Group. He started out in 1999 and worked his way up the ranks from Paramedic. He was a first responder and actively participated in the World Trade Center Attacks, Hurricane Sandy and worked during the height of the pandemic. He also worked the 911 system in Westchester, Putnam and Dutchess counties while maintaining his job in NYC and still works as a CPR instructor for Nuvance Health. Originally from Brooklyn, NY he has lived in Wappingers Falls with his wife, two kids and two German Shepherds since 2012. He loves and is very much connected to the community. He is a Freemason. Has been involved in charities and community education with his church and local places of worship.
Cesar is the youngest of two boys and was born and raised in Brooklyn, NY. Although from humble beginnings, his parents taught him that nothing could be had without hard work and sacrifice. He attended Catholic school until 5th grade and was an Altar boy. He also attended the University of New Mexico in Albuquerque under the student exchange program and worked as a journalist for the school paper.
Cesar is a bilingual speaker (Spanish). He is very hard-working, enthusiastic and committed to getting any potential client/customer what they are looking for in their real estate needs. His warm yet meticulous nature and willingness to help will ensure a great home buying experience. Cesar is a member of Dutchess County of Realtors. During his time off he likes to watch sports with his family, watch movies, help foreign exchange students find host families with his wife, travel, swim and watch his kids participate in sports.
